Who we are

This website belongs to ACM Services LLC, which trades as The ACM Pros, a family-owned exterior contractor based in Madison, Alabama (Alabama license #307601). You can reach us at (256) 585-6817, Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM.

What we collect when you ask for an estimate

When you send the estimate form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, your email address if you give it, your town, the service you need, the best time to call and any note you add. We also record which page you sent the form from.

We use this only to contact you about your request, arrange a visit and prepare your estimate. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with marketing companies.

Emails

When you send the form, our website emails your request to our own team so we can reply quickly. These emails are sent through our website provider's email service, which records whether a message was delivered, opened or a link in it was clicked. Open tracking is approximate.

Searches on this site

When you use the search box, we keep the words you searched for and how many results were found, so we can improve the site. We do not link searches to your name, phone number or any other personal details. Please do not type personal information into the search box.

Visitor statistics

We count visits to this website with privacy-friendly statistics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. They show us things like which pages are visited and which town or device visits come from, in total.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose a larger text size, your choice is remembered in your own browser so the site stays easy to read on your next visit. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to serve you and keep sensible business records. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it.
